Pet Policy and Agreement
Hotel Villa Valdibora is a pet-friendly hotel,
we accept dogs and cats.
Other pets require pre-approval.
The Hotel needs to be informed about pet lodging at booking or at least 3 days before your arrival. Pets must be clean, fully house-trained, parasite/disease-free.
A charge of 20,00 € per pet applies
And it will be added to your receipt. Extra cleaning upon check-out is included in the price. Service dogs are always welcome at no charge.
Public Area Restriction
Pets are not permitted in hotel restaurant, wellness and gym, they must be on a leash or in a carrier. while passing through hotel public areas
Safety Restriction
If the pet is deemed dangerous, harmful, or likely to frighten or harm other hotel guests of the hotel, the Hotel management has the sole discretion to exclude your dog from the Hotel.
Pet Policy and Agreement (con’t)
– Pets are not allowed directly on hotel furniture, including beds. Please ask the front desk for pet sheets/covers.
– Please do not bathe your pet in the bathtub or sink. Failure to abide will result in an additional cleaning fee.
– Pets may remain alone in the room as long as the pet is well-behaved. You will need to notify the front desk and/or hang the ”Do not disturb” door hanger when you leave your pet unattended in your room. However, if your pet is disturbing other guests/Hotel personnel by causing damage, then it cannot be left alone and must remain in your control.
– The owner must be present while any member of the personnel such as housekeeping, room service, or maintenance is present in the room. Room cleaning must be scheduled for a time when the dog is not in the room or the owner is present.
Pet Policy and Agreement (con’t)
– Pet owners will be responsible for their canine companions and for any personal injury or property damage that may cause and will be required to sign a Pet Waiver upon check-in.
– If your room requires excessive cleaning, or if damages are incurred as a result of your pet’s actions, the Hotel may charge for additional service and repairs.
– In consideration of other guests, please remove and dispose of any litter or waste associated with your dog on Hotel premises.
– The owner’s responsibility is to prevent your pet from creating disturbances that may cause complaints by other Hotel guests or personnel. If your pet is deemed disruptive, the Hotel management has the right to require you to find another accommodation without reimbursement.
